Experience

From visual communication to broader responsibility for product information and communication.

I started in visual and digital communication, then worked across web, 3D and technical products before technical communication and product information became increasingly central. Over time, the work expanded from individual outputs toward larger parts of the problem, project and result.

Career trajectory

Each stage added a layer rather than replacing the one before it.

Selected experience

A progression in scope, context and responsibility.

Freelance

Early commercial visual and digital work

My first professional work centred on visual communication and client projects. It established the hands-on, client-facing foundation that would carry into later digital and product work.

No Limit Studio

Professional design practice

A more structured commercial design environment spanning visual communication, print and digital work.

This period strengthened production discipline, visual hierarchy and the ability to turn requirements into finished communication.

Module Technologies

The multidisciplinary phase

This was the first major expansion of my scope. Visual communication increasingly connected with web, 3D and product communication inside a technical business environment.

Products and digital delivery became more important, and the work began to move across different representations of the same product or business problem rather than remaining within a single graphic medium.

Media Technology LTD — 2018–2019 · overlapping professional experience

Convergence period

Two strands began to converge.

From 2019, technical documentation and product communication developed alongside my continuing visual and corporate work.

Projektowanie Instrukcji

What began as a parallel professional direction moved deeper into technical products: source material, procedures, information structure and communication designed around how products are installed, operated and understood.

2020–2023

Hager Group

An international corporate environment combining visual communication with technical products, B2B communication and motion/video.

Working inside a larger organisation strengthened the connection between brand, product and media constraints while the technical-communication track continued to develop in parallel.

2019–2020

Fenix

A shorter transitional phase continuing commercial visual and digital work during the emergence of technical communication as a second professional track.

Projektowanie Instrukcji / Instrioo

Cofounder — broader ownership

This is where the different strands of my experience have come together most clearly.

My current work combines technical and product communication with information design, project responsibility, client and business context, digital/web decisions, content, SEO and decisions about how work is organised and delivered.

producing the communication

understanding the problem, designing the approach and taking responsibility for the result

Instrioo / Projektowanie Instrukcji is developed jointly with a business partner; individual project contributions are attributed separately where relevant.

Increasing ownership

The biggest change has been the responsibility around the work.

  1. 01
    Executioncreating the communication
  2. 02
Multidisciplinary responsibilityworking across visual, web, 3D and product contexts
  3. 03
Project ownershipunderstanding source material, defining structure and making delivery decisions
  4. 04
Business & system ownershipworking with clients, priorities, processes and the wider context in which the output needs to work

Hands-on work remains part of the picture. It now sits inside a broader decision-making context.

What has stayed continuous

The mediums changed more than the underlying strengths.

Visual communication has been a commercial foundation from the beginning. Web and digital work has recurred across multiple stages rather than appearing as a recent reskilling effort. Product and 3D work created an early bridge toward technical subject matter, while technical and product communication has become increasingly central since 2019.

Client responsibility has also been present from the freelance years onward, with substantially broader business and project scope today.
